A traditional video surveillance system of a few cameras, a monitor and a recorder are relics of the past.  As such, GSI is committed to delivering advanced video security solutions using cutting edge technologies.  From digital networked video to recorders to the rapidly advancing IP-Camera systems, GSI will tailor the appropriate system or technology for you.  For clients that have needs for the enhancements provided by newer digital technologies, but have sizable investments in their legacy analog CCTV systems, and therefore not yet ready to upgrade, we offer hybrid products that allow them to leverage their existing analog cabling infrastructures while establishing a cost effective migration path to the digital age.

Video Analytics

GSI deploys smart systems using "Video Analytics" to help reduce numbers of security staff required for continuous surveillance scenarios.  These smart video products "understand" what is happening in video images more efficiently and consistently than any human by extracting and interpreting useful information from video in applications ranging from business intelligence to homeland and physical security.  Moreover, analytics-enabled products are turning video surveillance systems into real-time crime interdiction tools, improving airport security, reducing the load on communications networks, and reducing video search times exponentially.
